4" x 6" metal picture frame for dogs

Description

Outside of the picture frame measures 7.25" x 5.25".  The frame has never been used, however, it has been sitting around for a long time.  There are scratches on the glass.  When you take the glass out it is chipped, however, it falls underneath the frame.
